Great people to work with.Posted on Google Carlos NathenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rude for sure, Went there bought something they ask for my name when I was at checkout I give them my first name and last initials. The cashier got mad and audible signed then proceeded to look my name up on his phone was completely passive aggressive after that. I need to give my full name just to buy something wow like as if it’s my fault you ask for excessive information that I don’t need to provide. He could have put anything down if I didn’t want to give my last name don’t get butt hurt over thatPosted on Google Brian BrummelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There was a glitch in my order but when I brought it to their attention they were great about making it right. I’ll be working with them in the future for other accessories that I want.Posted on Google David BrownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First off, Dejay is under new ownership which is important to know given some of the past reviews. I ordered a Leer topper for my new Ridgeline back in April 2025. It was installed in May 2025 and I soon noticed that it leaked. Steve (former owner) ordered a new topper which didn't show up until September and it leaked worse than the first. Steve ordered a third topper from a different Leer manufacturing plant, and it didn't show up until March 2026. This topper didn't leak, but we did realize that the Honda Ridgeline has some bed leaking problems in the front corners. By now, the new ownership is running things and they (Zander is great!) worked on sealing a few spots where the Ridgeline bed lets water seep in. It still wasn't perfect, but Zander went above and beyond to address what was, at this point, really a Honda problem. My 5-star rating is based on the new ownership and its willingness to go above and beyond. If you're apprehensive about patronizing Dejay because of some of the old reviews, I encourage you to give Zander and the new crew a shot. The place looks much different (tidier!) now then when I first walked in back in April 2025.Posted on Google John HayesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great guys, great service. Steve and Zander were very knowledgeable and friendly. The company was great to work with and did a great job installing. Running boards and a new Leer Tonneau cover. Couldn't be happier.Posted on Google Dan V.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Messaged Lanie on a topper for my truck, she responded promptly and sent me some pictures of some that they had in-stock. Set up appointment and drove up the next week. Arrived and met with Steve, he had the topper I was wanting all washed and ready to go. He walked me around and showed me any imperfections he saw to make sure I was OK with them. We also discovered that the rear trim was different style on the topper and luckily one of his workers found that trim and was able to send it with me. Overall great experience with everyone I met. Thank you Steve and team for everything!Posted on Google Tony BeckerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had exactly what I needed to finish my topper installPosted on Google Matt StefanikTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The WORST! Read before regretting dealing with this CLOWN! I arrived at 8:45am today Friday February 7th 2025 for my 9am-9:30am install. I drove 4.5 hours to pick up a used-like new, cap in perfect condition that matches my truck perfectly (Steve the owners own words). I verified the photos and followed up with phone calls before traveling this far. I also stressed that my truck was in perfect condition and I only wanted a used cap if it was in the same condition. I also confirmed the business opens at 9am with Steve, it’s posted online and on the door also. It’s 9:15 and still no one’s there. At 9:20 am I see someone working on caps down and on the opposite side of the street at an unmarked warehouse. So I drove down there and asked him if he knew what was going on. This man was very helpful and honest. He proceeded to give Steve a wake up call to report to work and let’s me know he will be there in 15-20 minutes. I’m still not upset, stuff happens. He then asks me what I’m there for and I tell him about the cap for my truck. First words out of his mouth are the only one that matches your truck here is all beat to hell. He points it out to me and I can see the scratches from 50+ feet away and the hatch has been glued back together with yellow foam. I let him know that Steve was going to get it all ready so he probably already moved mine inside. This was received with a blank stare. I go back to the main location and wait. 9:55am and Steve finally drives in the parking lot and sees me waiting. He proceeds to take about ten minutes to unlock one door hit a few light switches and sit down behind the counter. I go in introduce myself and he confirms the beat to hell cap is mine. I bring up the plethora of scratches and how it looks like it was dragged upside down on a limestone driveway. Blank stare followed up with him facing his phone towards me with a picture of the cap I thought I was buying on the screen. He then tells me that if I don’t buy it he has someone else willing to pay him $150 dollars more than me. I had agreed to $1,500. I replied they won’t once they see the condition it’s in. After this without saying another word he walks out to his truck and drives down the street to the warehouse. I followed and upon him looking at the scratches on the full exterior he looks at me without a single care or regret. Then he tries to rub a few out with his thumb. I let him know scamming and lying to customers is going to catch up to him and left. Take your business elsewhere. Even if it’s inconvenient. If you ever need any customer service or follow up support you’re definitely not going to get it here and you will end up somewhere else anyways. Might was well start out dealing with a reputable business with a honest competent owner in the first place. Updated- do not go here the owner is a scammer!Posted on Google Danisahuman 1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called a few days ago. They didn't even require a deposit. Every single person I met was very nice. I was in and out, prepped and installed in under a half hour. Fantastic deal, and the only two in stock for my truck in the ENTIRE STATE in black.
